Role Purpose and Overview

This role is dedicated to bridging the gap between advanced technology solutions and business requirements, focusing on delivering comprehensive client-centric SAP solutions. As a Techno Functional Consultant at Wipro Technologies-Ireland, you will collaborate closely with clients and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize SAP S/4HANA solutions that enhance enterprise processes.

Your expertise will be crucial in interpreting business needs, translating them into functional requirements, and driving technical execution. This includes engagement in all phases of the project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and configuration to testing, support, and continuous improvement.

In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of SAP modules SD (Sales and Distribution) and MM (Materials Management), along with your knowledge of SAP S/4HANA advancements, to ensure seamless integration of solutions that meet client expectations and business objectives.

You will act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment of deliverables. The position requires strong analytical skills, meticulous planning for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and the ability to manage and mitigate risks throughout implementation.

Core Functional Expertise and Responsibilities

• SAP S/4HANA Proficiency: Gain and maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture, functionalities, and enhancements compared to legacy systems to effectively guide implementation and optimization efforts.
• Module Specialization: Possess expert-level knowledge in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials Management (MM) modules, comprehending their workflows such as order processing, pricing mechanisms, billing, procurement, inventory control, and vendor management.
• Process Integration: Cultivate a thorough grasp of module interdependencies and impact on overall business operations to suggest process improvements and ensure cohesive system integration.
• UAT Strategy and Execution: Lead development of detailed User Acceptance Testing strategies, design robust test plans including scenarios and cases aligned to business requirements, and coordinate with key users for efficient testing cycles.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Define roles and responsibilities among UAT teams and maintain open channels of communication with project stakeholders to report progress, document issues, and incorporate feedback effectively.
• Documentation and Quality Assurance: Ensure meticulous documentation throughout the UAT process, including issue logs, test results, and final approval records, contributing to high-quality deliverables and continuous process enhancement.

Mandatory Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in SAP Test Management with a strong understanding of software testing principles, test planning, execution, defect management, and reporting within SAP environments.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant professional experience in SAP techno-functional roles, particularly involving SAP S/4HANA implementations and support.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing UAT processes, coordinating with business stakeholders, and ensuring successful acceptance of delivered solutions.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills, capable of creating detailed test scenarios and comprehensive reports.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
