ITOM Strategy & Implementation

· Design and deploy ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB).

· Implement Cloud Infrastructure Governance (AWS, Azure, GCP integrations).

· Configure Event Management with third-party monitoring tools (Dynatrace, Splunk, Nagios).

· Optimize CMDB health with automated Discovery and Service Mapping.

2. AIOps Solutions Development

· Architect predictive analytics & anomaly detection using ServiceNow AIOps.

· Configure Machine Learning (ML) models for incident correlation and root cause analysis.

· Implement AI-powered event grouping to reduce alert noise.

· Develop self-healing automation (Integration with Orchestration).

3. Integration & Automation

· Build REST/SOAP APIs for tool integrations (ITSM, APM, Observability).

· Automate workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer & IntegrationHub.

· Develop custom AI/ML-driven dashboards for operational intelligence.

Technical Expertise
Mandatory Skills: ServiceNow - IT Service Management .

 

Experience: 5-8 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
