Role Purpose

Own metadata, glossary, and data‑quality governance for Clients’ Data Product Onboarding Program. Operate Collibra workflows, align Ataccama DQ rules, and ensure critical data elements are trusted and compliant.

Key Responsibilities

· Curate and maintain Business Glossary (≥1,000 terms) across Equity Clearing, Fixed Income Clearing, Asset Servicing, Wealth domains.

· Configure Collibra communities, domains, asset types, relations, and approval workflows.

· Run stewardship workflows; track SLA compliance for term approvals and DQ issue remediation.

· Integrate Ataccama scorecards via Edge API; monitor dashboards and drive root‑cause analysis.

· Validate end‑to‑end lineage from Snowflake RAW to data‑product layers; update metadata when pipelines change.

· Generate weekly KPI packs (completeness, timeliness, quality) for governance council.

· Facilitate training sessions for SMEs and offshore stewards on Collibra best practices.

· Ensure regulatory tagging (CAT, TRACE, GDPR/CCPA) and retention metadata are accurate.

Required Skills & Experience

· 5+ years in data governance / metadata roles.

· Good Understanding in capital‑markets trade lifecycle, data relevant to Equities, Fixed Income, Wealth

· Hands‑on Collibra Catalog & Governance

· Strong grasp of DAMA DMBoK and data‑quality dimensions.

· SQL proficiency

· Ideally Collibra Ranger or Data Steward certification.

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

Expected annual pay for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 . Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro’s standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
