Roles & Responsibilities:
- Services are provided for incident and service request management as well as change request management (development requests) within the scope of the Managed Service SAP GCS Tools.
- This includes the processing of incoming tickets for the applications CCIR, SYSMON, ALC, and MINT, which are supported via the Managed Service SAP GCS Tools and all run on CM* systems.
- The technologies used include SAP Fiori/UI5, JavaScript, CDS views, OData services, BRF+, BOPF, ABAP Objects, and more, based on SAP NetWeaver 7.5 and S/4 HANA.
- The work packages (= tickets) are provided in the SAP ticket tool with a detailed task description.
- The contractor’s employee takes over the individual work packages from the queue in the SAP ticket tool and processes them sequentially.
- After completion, the contractor’s employee documents the completion of the work package in the SAP ticket tool (= handover of the provided work package).
