Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to develop end to end solutions for client business across modules and systems basis the identified technical specifications, by conducting feasibility reviews and its implementation in alignment with cost and efficiency targets.

Areas of Responsibility         

Requirement Gathering-"Define requirement specifications basis workshops and discussions with senior client stakeholders and identify optimisation opportunities to be considered as part of design process."

Feasibility Analysis-Undertake feasibility analysis to identify potential constraints and change requirements by engaging with client business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Solution Design-Develop solution design across modules and systems, ensuring scalability, feasibility and alignment with existing enterprise architecture.

Configuration and Customisation-Conduct design reviews to ensure configurations align with defined development frameworks. Recommend best practices and implement solutions to enhance business process's quality.

Technology Harmonisation-Review the integration architecture across systems, ensuring its alignment with the defined integration framework. Implement the data migration strategy to ensure accurate flow of data across multiple applications.

Troubleshooting and optimisation-Optimize solution performance by ensuring alignment with established cost, scalability, and efficiency targets.

Documentation-Oversee creation and review of functional and technical documentation, ensuring alignment with architectural standards across modules and project teams.

Technology Business Partner (Sourcing & Procurement)

Enterprise Products (EP) | Managed Service Partner

The Technology Business Partner (TBP) for Sourcing & Procurement is the accountable leader for the Source-to-Pay application portfolio, overseeing delivery, support, integrations, and technology strategy across sourcing, contracts, supplier management, procurement, invoicing, payments, and travel & expense solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery, production support, releases, and service performance for Sourcing & Procurement applications.
  • Lead a hybrid ecosystem of SaaS and custom applications, ensuring integration, master data integrity, and operational excellence.
  • Manage demand, prioritization, capacity planning, and technology roadmaps aligned to business goals.
  • Lead and develop cross-functional teams of analysts, developers, integration, and support engineers.
  • Drive SLAs, KPIs, governance, process improvements, automation, and continuous service optimization.
  • Serve as the primary technology advisor and escalation point for business stakeholders and client leadership.

Required Experience

  • 12+ years in enterprise applications, including end-to-end ownership of a procurement or S2P technology domain.
  • 5+ years managing technical or functional delivery teams.
  • Experience leading managed services, SLAs, governance, and outsourced engagements.
  • Strong integration expertise (APIs, MuleSoft/iPaaS, event-driven architectures).
  • Deep Source-to-Pay expertise across sourcing, contracts, supplier onboarding, procurement, invoicing, payments, and expense management.
  • Hands-on experience with Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement Cloud, Ivalua, Jaggaer, or similar platforms.
  • Experience integrating procurement solutions with Oracle Fusion ERP, AP, supplier master, and procurement controls.

Preferred

  • Consulting, systems integrator, or managed services background.
  • Experience managing global onshore/offshore teams.
  • ERP modernization and cloud transformation experience.
  • AI/GenAI-enabled automation initiatives.
  • Knowledge of supplier risk, compliance, e-invoicing, spend analytics, and CPO/S2P operations.

 

Mandatory Skills: Oracle HRMS Consulting .

 

Experience: >10 YEARS .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $100,000 to $220,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
