About the Role:

 

 

  • Servaada, a Wipro company is looking for an Analyst to support Transition activity ideally educated to degree standard with previous experience of 2-3 years in life and pensions and Alpha experience /skills.

 

This is a new role which will be at the heart of the growth agenda for the organisation. The Analyst will be expected to complete the following as part of the role:

  1. Act as a Subject Matter Expert across Life and Pensions products.
  2. Demonstrate planning skills
  3. Ability to think analytically and a proven problem solver.
  4. Ability to gather and interpret relevant data and information.
  5. Ability to confidently communicate complex concepts verbally and in written form to all stakeholders.
  6. Ability to make effective decisions under pressure

Responsibilities:

  • To provide SME knowledge to help shape Transition solutions
  • To support Transition activity by gathering and interpreting data and information and planning activities

Essential Skills:

  • MS applications skills
  • Alpha and supporting applications skills
  • 2/3 years Life and Pensions experience

  • Recognised Life and Pensions SME
  • Proven planning skills
  • Perform high quality analysis on complex issues and produce accurate and reliable conclusions and advice to stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to understand business and customer needs.
  • Deliver an easily understood solution to the end customer; taking into account their level of technical awareness.
  • Deliver all services to business and customers in a timely manner to meet expectations. To manage customer expectations where work items are not delivered to plan.
