Role Purpose

The Business Architect will be instrumental in helping to define and shape delivery of quality business solutions by setting requirements scope and defining solutions consistent with the Servaada business model & migration strategy

The key focus is maintaining customer outcomes through stakeholder engagement and collaborating effectively with colleagues across Servaada, Wipro and third-party clients to deliver good customer outcomes and to align against strategic objectives

Key Responsibilities 

Conduct & Fair Customer Outcome responsibilities - Putting customer’s interests at the heart of how we conduct business. Demonstrated through your individual behaviours with a clear focus on treating our customers fairly and delivering the right outcomes at all stages throughout the product lifecycle.

 

Servaada Culture – Ensure you positively demonstrate and evidence the Servaada Values and Leadership/Personal imperatives supporting the delivery of fair customer outcomes.

 

  • Working with Business Sponsors to scope projects and define potential solutions
  • Leading scope definition and requirement workshops with stakeholders
  • Provide sufficient understanding of project scope for detailed requirements to be delivered to time and quality measures
  • Collaborating with technical leads and solution architects across I.T. to define business solutions that adhere to the Servaada model
  • Work with architects across I.T. to recommend initiatives that will support strategic growth objectives
  • Providing coaching for Business analysts
  • Working to agreed Project Management methodology and framework
  • Provide critical success factors for testing strategy documents
  • Performing critical and independent reviews of requirements and design output
  • To increase the available Business Architect knowledge within Servaada and demonstrate a clear knowledge transfer within the architect team.
  • Collaborating with technical and discipline needs across business solutions to support accurate planning and estimating of solutions

Essential Skills, Knowledge / Experience and Qualification Requirements

 

  • 5 years in Business Analysis / process re-engineering or System Development
  • A proven track record in translating business stakeholder requirements into scoped and deliverable solutions within the Life and Pensions industry
  • Ability to lead workshops with Senior Stakeholders.
  • Ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
  • Able to work within cross-site teams, which may involve travel to Servaada or Client sites
  • Project Management experience 
  • Life and Pensions Administration or Analysis experience
  • Ideally will have related qualifications in architecture, business analysis or life & pensions and / or be educated to degree level
  • Experience of migration lifecycle from a business and solution design perspective

  • SQL / PL-SQL (or equivalent data querying tools)
