About the Role:
Servaada, a Wipro company is looking for a Senior Transition Manager with a strong operational background and delivery focus.
The Senior Transition Manager is responsible for leading and managing multi‑disciplinary teams to deliver a high‑quality Customer Services operation, covering both front‑office contact centre activities and back‑office processing, including the accurate handling of monies in and out and the delivery of general customer servicing. This role involves building, developing, and sustaining an effective leadership team that embeds a strong customer‑centric culture and ensures service excellence throughout the transition phase and into steady‑state operations. The Senior Transition Manager is also accountable for delivering services in a cost‑efficient manner, ensuring effective workforce planning and the optimal use of available resources while maintaining agreed service quality and performance standards. In addition, the role operates fully within the organisation’s compliance and governance frameworks, demonstrating robust risk management, strong control awareness, and accountable leadership across all areas of responsibility.

Essential Skills:
- Strong Operational delivery experience and proven experience of strategy delivery.
- Proven success in budget management.
- Evidence of building and managing effective stakeholder and peer relationships.
- Proven success in Leadership and service management through delivery of strategic objectives.
- Evidence of embedding a strong performance culture, that supports the business behavioural imperatives.
- Evidence of building a positive working environment where staff feel part of and a key contributor to company growth and success.
- Detailed understanding of the UK/European Life and Pensions Industry.
- Detailed knowledge of the FCA and other relevant regulation and legislation.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles and conduct risk.
- Detailed understanding of the risks faced by the function and controls in place to manage and mitigate.
- Strategic and operational understanding of services under management.
Desirable Skills:
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
- Obtained or studying towards Management level qualification
