About the Role:

Servaada, a Wipro company is looking for a Solution Architect to serve as the technical authority for OPUS, ensuring the solution remains robust, scalable, and aligned with strategic goals. The Solution Architect will lead technical direction, triage complex issues, and guide development teams to maintain architectural integrity and performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and maintain OPUS technical architecture
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure architectural alignment with strategic objectives
  • Evaluate and select technologies, frameworks, and tools
  • Review and approve solution designs for compliance with standards
  • Triage and resolve complex technical issues
  • Define and own the technical architecture for OPUS, ensuring scalability, security, and performance
  • Provide technical leadership and direction to development teams
  • Align architecture with business objectives and strategic goals
  • Maintain architectural documentation and enforce best practices
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement across teams
  • Impacts on IT budgets (financial / non-financial responsibilities of the role)
  • Key interfaces / relationships will include internal and IT stakeholders, 3rd party service providers and 3rd party customers

Essential Skills:

 

  • Strong expertise in enterprise architecture and solution design
  • Proficiency in:
    • Windows Server 2019
    • Microsoft IIS 7+
    • SQL Server 2017+
    • .NET Framework 4.8
    • .NET Core 6 or 8+
    • C#
    • Ext JS
  • Proven track record in defining and implementing technical architectures for complex systems
  • Experience in leading technical teams and mentoring developers
  • Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues
  • Background in stakeholder engagement and aligning technical solutions with business goals

 

 

Desirable Skills:

 

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, security best practices, and performance optimisation
  • Deep understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and system integration
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices, automation, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Awareness of emerging technologies and their applicability to enterprise systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent industry experience
