Job Description
Lead end-to-end QA and testing strategies for telecom OSS/BSS and billing systems across global markets.
Manage billing lifecycle operations including invoice generation, taxation, usage validation, and dispute resolution.
Drive UAT, regression, and system integration testing using tools like HP ALM, JIRA, Selenium, and SoapUI.
Collaborate with stakeholders across development, QA, and business teams to ensure smooth releases.
Perform RCA on critical billing issues and implement permanent fixes to prevent recurrence.
Oversee offshore coordination, defect triage, and mentor teams for efficient delivery.
Design and execute test cases for CRM, billing, and usage management systems.
Ensure compliance with SLAs through effective production support (L2/L3) and incident management.
Implement automation frameworks and optimise processes for faster issue resolution.
Champion continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and reduce post-production defects.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $77000 to $120000 .
