Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Communications Cloud Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce Communications Cloud solutions, with a strong emphasis on Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), CPQ, and Order Management

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Architect end-to-end solutions using Communications Cloud, including EPC, CPQ, and OM.
  • Design and optimize the Enterprise Product Catalog for scalable product modeling and offer creation.
  • Define product-service-resource (PSR) models and decomposition flows.
  • Lead integration strategies with external systems (BSS/OSS, billing, inventory).
  • Ensure catalog-driven architecture aligns with TM Forum standards.
  • Collaborate with product managers and pricing teams to define reusable product components.
  • Guide technical teams on OmniStudio tools (OmniScripts, DataRaptors, FlexCards).
  • Conduct performance assessments and solution optimizations

 

Qualifications

 

  • 8-10 years of Salesforce experience, 3+ years in Communications Cloud (Vlocity).
  • Deep expertise in EPC, CPQ, and Order Management.
  • Hands-on experience with OmniStudio and Vlocity data models.
  • Salesforce Industries certifications (e.g., EPC Consultant, OmniStudio Developer) preferred.
Mandatory Skills: Salesforce Platform Development .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .

 

Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
