Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Salesforce Product Owner to lead the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for our enterprise-wide Salesforce transformation initiative. This role will serve as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions deliver maximum value and align with organizational goals
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision & Strategy
- Define and communicate a clear product vision aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain the Salesforce product roadmap across multiple clouds (e.g., Sales, Service, Communications Cloud).
- Align product features with transformation goals and customer experience improvements.
- Backlog Management
- Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring features deliver business value.
- Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Refine backlog items based on stakeholder feedback and sprint outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners.
- Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions to gather requirements.
- Communicate product progress, risks, and changes to stakeholders.
- Agile Leadership
- Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Make decisions on feature scope and release priorities.
- Ensure agile best practices are followed across teams.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with architects, developers, QA, and change management teams.
- Support data migration, integration, and testing efforts.
Ensure alignment with compliance, security, and performance standards
Qualifications
- 8-10 years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or business analysis.
- Proven experience in large-scale Salesforce implementations.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce Administrator or Product Owner certification preferred.
- Excellent communication, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with Communications Cloud, Sales Cloud, CPQ, and EPC
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
