Education
•
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Experience
•
3+ years of proven experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
•
Experience working in Agile and cross-functional delivery environments.
•
Experience in telecommunications, digital platforms, e-commerce, or service operations is strongly preferred.
•
Experience managing digital products, customer journeys, or operational platforms.
•
Familiarity with system integration environments and complex stakeholder landscapes.
Knowledge
•
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product delivery principles.
•
Good understanding of customer journey design and digital product development.
•
Knowledge of telecommunications products and processes, such as mobile, broadband, prepaid/postpaid, billing, onboarding, and self-service.
•
Familiarity with OSS/BSS, CRM, billing, order management, and customer service platforms.
•
Understanding of data privacy, compliance, and regulatory considerations within telecom or digital industries.
Skills
•
Strong product backlog management and prioritization skills.

Ability to write clear and structured user stories and acceptance criteria.

This Product Owner role is related to two different initiatives:
Proactive Management
- Product Owner role for new development team focused on Proactive Management. Goal is to develop multiple use cases to proactively inform customers based on relevant data trigger (from source systems) & business logic (N8N platform) like roaming cost, bill shocks aspects to reduce / deflect customer interactions.
Agent-to-Agent Feedback
Product Owner role for a new React development team focused on delivering a portal for 1750 service agents to capture & submit feedback to other agents in case of:
- Share individual compliments from customer / agent
- Share feedback about wrong answer given to customer / wrong process followed to prevent future impact
- Manager flow to validate & approve feedback before sending to recipient.
- Agent & Managers Dashboard to see insights about send & received feedback including the classification.
Key Accountabilities
- Own, manage, and prioritize the product backlog to ensure optimal value delivery and delivery commitments.
- Provide clear acceptance criteria and make decisions regarding scope and priority.
- Work closely with Agile development team to support planning, refinement, delivery, testing, and acceptance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across commercial, IT, customer operations, legal, compliance, finance, and network domains.
- Ensure solutions are in line with IT Strategy & Architecture, compliant with applicable regulatory, privacy, security, and operational standards.
- Manage dependencies across teams, systems, and business functions
