Role: Test Lead - Telecom - Automation

Working model: Hybrid (2-3 days from the office)

Work Location: The Hague, NL

Contract Duration: 6 months with possible extension

Language requirement: English(Mandatory), Dutch(Preferred)

 

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior End-to-End (E2E) Test Coordinator to lead testing activities across complex telecom transformation programs. If you are passionate about delivering quality, managing end-to-end testing, and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic telecom environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate End-to-End (E2E) testing activities across multiple telecom projects.

- Develop and manage E2E test strategies, plans, schedules, and execution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 8+ years of experience in Software Testing with significant experience in End-to-End Test Coordination.

- Strong Telecom domain knowledge (OSS/BSS environments preferred).

- Proven experience coordinating complex E2E testing across multiple teams and vendors.

- Experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

- Hands-on experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.

- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, Release Management, and Defect Lifecycle Management.

- Knowledge of API, Integration, and Interface Testing.

- Excellent communication, leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
