Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled ThoughtSpot BI Analyst/Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise analytics and self-service reporting solutions using ThoughtSpot. The ideal candidate will partner with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technology teams to transform data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization.
The role requires expertise in ThoughtSpot modeling, data visualization, analytics, dashboard development, and integration with modern cloud data platforms.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of BI, analytics, or reporting development experience.
2+ years of hands-on experience with ThoughtSpot platform development.
Experience with dimensional modeling and data warehousing concepts.
Knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration techniques.
Experience working with large-scale enterprise datasets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse, Redshift, BigQuery, or other modern cloud data platforms.
Knowledge of Python, Spark, or data engineering concepts.
Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
Experience supporting executive-level reporting and analytics.

The expected compensation for this role ranges from $80,000 to $158,000 .
Final compensation will depend on various factors, including your geographical location, minimum wage obligations, skills, and relevant experience. Based on the position, the role is also eligible for Wipro's standard benefits including a full range of medical and dental benefits options, disability insurance, paid time off (inclusive of sick leave), other paid and unpaid leave options.
