As part of this project, your role as Accounts Payable will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
Job requirements:
- Respond to a variety of vendor inquiries via telephone and email
- Ensure proper documentation of issues & maintain all the required trackers
- Ensure timely and accurately the processing of payments to the vendors and employees
- Ensure compliance with SOD and other compliance requirements
- Support the team for specific transactions and solve operational escalations/ issues

Candidate’ profile:
- Advanced level of English
- Advanced level of Italian or Spanish
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Can do attitude, proactive behavior
- Basic accounting skills and good analytical skills
- MS Excel, SAP working experience
