We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project, your role as Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

  • Source-to-Contract: managing source-to-contract initialization and amendment process , from the initialization of the request until the contractualization/amendment in the client ERP using E-Sourcing solution and associated processes
  • Contract administration update: manage delivery schedule information of Service Call Off and Service PO, in collaboration with the requester, obtaining the information and updating the concerned SAP Service PO / Call Off accordingly.
  • Ensure on-time processing of RFx and Contract Management activity and assisting to generate savings using the relevant client systems: MS Office, SAP, Ariba eSourcing, Agora, Sequana, Service Now in line with activity specifics.
  • Manage/participate in recurrent Procurement Category meetings, following up of agreed action points
  • Managing the Qualification of the supplier- Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis and award, creation of new suppliers, renewal of qualification processes, extension of existing processes
  • Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch, along with the risk analysis of the process (criteria concerned: Anti-Bribery, Finance and Social Responsibility);
  • Extraction and processing of data from different qualification tools/systems (Sequana, SNOW, Ariba, SAP) for monthly and quarterly reporting purposes
  • Process improvement initiatives, offering support for the quality assurance process and analyzing quality issues reported; specific category procedures/guideline/docs maintenance/update

Candidate’ profile:

  • Advanced English language skills (written, reading and spoken)
  • Good analytical & synthesis skills
  • Rigorous and accurate working style
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Experience of 3-5 years in Procurement operations.
  • Expert level Orientation in Procurement Sourcing & PO Lifecycle processes
  • Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience)
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills are preferred
