We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project, your role as Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

· Ensure on-time processing of RFx and Contract Management activity.

· Provides support on special cases and monitors root-causes for such cases.

· Assisting to generate savings.

· Usage of relevant client systems: MS Office, SAP, Ariba eSourcing, Agora, Sequana, Service Now in line with activity specifics.

· Deliver different reports (regular and ad-hoc).

· Regularly informs superior of status of process, queues and specific performance parameters.

· Offers support for the quality assurance process and analyzes quality issues reported.

· Manage exceptional/specific transactions/task (request allocation to the team members, for request coming via dedicated GMB; recurrent category meeting hosting & MOM preparation and distribution; following up of action points; specific category procedures/guideline/docs maintenance/update)

· Participation in process calls with stakeholders and TL, WS Lead and documenting/sharing of key points/takeout/MOM (when required)

· Driving/supporting standardization/harmonization.

· Pragati and process improvement initiation

· Support to Supplier- Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up, Questionnaire analysis, Questionnaire award.

· Support to Category/ users, Anti-bribery compliance watch.

· Managing the initialization of the process (creation of new suppliers, renewal of qualification processes, extension of existing processes);

· The risk analysis of the process (criteria concerned: Anti-Bribery, Finance and Social Responsibility);

· Managing the qualification of the supplier.

· Extraction and processing of data from different qualification tools/systems (Sequana, SNOW, Ariba, SAP) for monthly and quarterly reporting purposes

Candidate’ profile:

· Advanced level of English (nice to have French);

· Good analytical & synthesis skills

· Rigorous and accurate working style

· Good working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)

· BPO Experience in Procurement operations.

· Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes

· Experience interacting with customer (customer service experience)

· Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills are preferred

· Problem solving oriented

· Self & Professional motivation

· Teamwork capability

· Pro activeness
