As part of this project, your role as MDM Officer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Master Data Management (MDM) Specialist responsible for maintaining accurate and consistent master data across enterprise systems. The candidate should have strong knowledge of Master Data Management processes, data governance, and data quality practices.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain master data records including customer, vendor, product, and material data across enterprise systems.
- Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across multiple databases and platforms.
- Support data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
- Perform data validation, cleansing, enrichment, and deduplication activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, supply chain, finance, and operations to ensure correct master data setup.
- Provide support for data migration, system implementations, and upgrades.
- Identify data issues and implement corrective actions to maintain high data quality.
- Prepare reports and dashboards related to data quality and data governance metrics.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives related to master data management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in German and English
- 1-2 years of experience on MDM Concepts/ BPS
- Strong understanding of MDM concepts, data governance, and data quality management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of data management tools, workflows, and data lifecycle management.
- Ability to analyze data issues and recommend improvements.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with SAP Master Data (Material, Customer, Vendor).
Knowledge of data governance frameworks.
Experience with data quality tools or MDM platforms.
Familiarity with global data management environments.
