As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:
MDM Buyer
• Ensuring timely and as per expected quality master data creation/modification/deletion;
• Ensuring timely and as per expected quality SAP contract creation/modification/deletion for each LBU;
• Assist to improve procurement and stock efficiency;
• Assist Category Manager to implement in the various SAP systems the result of negotiations conducted globally with Vendors;
• Price list contract identification, assistance to negotiation and deployment;
• Responsible for meeting SLA’s as per SOW (Turn Around Time Targets for different business processes)
• Manages the RPA supervision
• Uses Winshuttle for mass upload the articles into SAP
• Responsible for meeting accuracy of data as set by internal operations for the client
• Proposes initiatives and process development activities
• Undertake detailed master data analysis activity as directed by Master Data Manager
• Regularly update managers and project teams with progress reports and dashboards
• Update process documentation (SOP) whenever there are relevant changes in the process
• Participates in project activities, testing, implementation and education to business user
• Provides coaching and training (pre-process and general/process specific) for client and team members/newcomers.
• Manages ad-hoc requests received from the team leader or client
PR TO PO Buyer
• Purchasing tasks from the receipt of the Purchase Requisition (PR) through to placing and acknowledging a Purchase Order (PO);
• Oversee the SLA & overall deliverables management;
• Improvement upon and ensuring timely PO quality;
• Assisting to generate savings;
• Deliver different reports (regular and ad-hoc).
• Provides coaching and training (pre-process and general/process specific) for client and team members/newcomers.
• Optimization of stock;
• Ensure on-time processing of Procurement transactions (RFQ, Requisition validation, PO creation, PO Amendments & PO expedites), in order to reach productivity target and keep backlog under control.
o SAP systems to collect PR and proceed/register RFQ/PO
o Service Now to clarify technical requests with LBUs
o Macro Excel for the reporting and Supplier follow-up
RFX and Contract Admin Procurement Specialist
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of RFx and Contract Management activities in accordance with defined procedures, SLAs, and quality standards.
• Support sourcing and contract administration activities throughout the procurement lifecycle.
• Create, manage, and follow up on RFx events, supplier communications, and required documentation.
• Assist in contract creation, administration, maintenance, and archiving activities.
• Support stakeholders and suppliers by providing timely updates and resolving routine process-related queries.
• Monitor assigned requests and follow up on outstanding actions to ensure timely completion.
• Contribute to savings and value creation initiatives through sourcing and procurement activities.
• Utilize client systems and tools such as SAP, Ariba eSourcing, Agora, Sequana, ServiceNow, and MS Office.
• Prepare and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports with a high level of accuracy.
• Identify process exceptions and escalate issues when required.

Master Data Management Buyer
What will you bring?
• Good English language skills, written and conversational;
• Expert level Orientation in Master Data Admin processes/Contract management;
• MS Office & Key-boarding skills;
• Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or any Data platform.
• Procurement Experience: 5-7 years in delivering procurement initiatives.
Nice to have & Trainable Skills:
• Exposure to Master Data Management;
• Neutral Voice and Accent and call management;
• MDM domain knowledge and industry skills;
• Technology Exposure - SAP/ S/4HANA, ARIBA/COUPA/similar system.
PR TO PO Buyer
Required Skills and Experience:
• Good English language skills, written and conversational;
• BPO Experience of 5 years minimum in Procurement operations;
• Procurement exposure would be beneficial (with multiple industry experience);
• Expert level Orientation in Procurement & PO Lifecycle processes;
• Experience of working on SAP, SAP/4HANA, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA.
RFX and Contract Admin Procurement Specialist
What will you bring?
• Good English language skills, written and conversational.
• Basic understanding of Procurement, RFx, Contract Management, and Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes.
• Experience working with SAP, Ariba, Oracle, COUPA, or similar procurement systems is an advantage.
• Good MS Office skills, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Customer-oriented mindset and effective communication skills.
• Team player with the ability to collaborate in a multicultural environment.
• Procurement experience: 2-4 years in Procurement Operations, RFx, Contract Administration, Customer Support, or related functions.
