As part of this project, your role as PTP Officer with English will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Job requirements:

• Processing invoices with and without order on time and accurately
• Manage discrepancy resolution and WFL approvals follow-up
• Management of the process from purchase request to order
• Supplier database management
• Payment reconciliation and vendor clearing
• Management of T&E claims (audit, posting, launch payment, etc)
• Manage payments in a timely manner and accurately
• Helpdesk support
• Reconciliations
• Unallocated payment and debit balances management
• Audit support
• Ensure adherence to SLAs/KPIs
• Prepare various reports as per the client and business needs
• Manage ad hoc request
• Maintain updated SOPs
• Compliance in month end processing

Candidate’ profile:

• Graduate/Experience in Accounting/Economics
• Exposure to Xledger, Navision, Oracle is an advantage
• Previous work experience in PTP (AP mainly)
• Domain knowledge
• Proficiency in English
• PC literate in MS Office especially MS Excel
• Strong verbal/written communication skills
• Hard Working/Willingness to stretch
• Self driven in problem analysis and solving
• Drive for performance, results and improvements proactively
• Team player, open and co-operative
• Open to travel if case
