As part of this project, your role as an Procurement Sourcing Specialist will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client’s organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs
Responsabilities:
• Execute the global category strategy communicated by client’s stakeholders and global category managers
• Responsible for achieving the procurement KPIs (PR-PO, RFXs, contracting, savings, total payable days increase for cash flow improvement, etc.)
• PR validation, PO management
• Clarify technical details
• Market research for new supplier
• Price & contract negotiation with suppliers
• Organize and coordinate RFXs (mostly via Ariba S2C module)
• Create tickets for supplier creation/update
• Making sure the procurement policies are strictly applied
• Relationship management with stakeholders and global category managers
• Organize and coordinate customer & supplier meetings, presenting status of activities, sending MoMs
• Meeting SLAs, Dashboard Reports, Handling client calls, Escalation process
• Create different reports for Business / internal purpose; prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Create/update SOPs for the categories managed
• Provide support to the various stakeholders and suppliers
• Ensure adherence to process essentials and compliance to customer requirement

Candidate’ profile:
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Excellent Procurement domain knowledge
• Experience in sourcing (indirect services constitute an advantage)
• Very good verbal/written communication skills
• Problem analysis and problem solving
• Strong customer management skills
• Exposure to Procurement systems (preferable Ariba, SAP, SRM) and ticketing tools
• Focused on process improvements and meeting deadlines
• Experience working with Excel
• Proactivity: assume responsibility, actively involved, take ownership
• Ability to keep tight deadlines, planning and organizing capacity

- Build capability to ensure operational excellence and maintain superior customer service levels of the existing account/client
- Undertake product trainings to stay current with product features, changes and updates
- Enroll in product specific and any other trainings per client requirements/recommendations
