We are excited to offer you this new opportunity within Wipro Technologies, one of the biggest brands in the industry at this moment with a well-established history in various domains.

As part of this project, your role as Project Manager will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage multiple license and contract compliance engagements
  • Manage timeline & milestone achievement
  • Ensure realistic timelines and milestones achievement in line with invoicing
  • Follow escalation path when required
  • Follow up with Professional Services Firm for any missing or inaccurate data and escalate if required
  • Ensure completion of documentation for each verification meeting defined standards
  • Create and distribute meeting minutes and reporting
  • Continuously update multiple engagement opportunities in tool
  • Ensure adherence to applicable policies

Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of overall experience in BPO industry
  • 3+ years experience in a project management role
  • Advanced proficiency in French and Spanish and English
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to communicate/coordinate with multiple teams
  • Critical thinking and quick decision-making skills
  • Accuracy, attention to detail, and excellent written language and comprehension
  • Aptitude to comprehend articles and good analytical skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Excellent organizational skills and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent knowledge of Service Delivery
