As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer RFX & Contract Admin will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:
Ensure on-time processing of RFx and Contract Management activity
Support Team Lead activities, including workload coordination, operational monitoring, and stakeholder communication when required.
• Provides support on special cases and monitors root-causes for such cases.
• Oversee the SLA & overall deliverables management;
• Assisting to generate savings;
• Usage of relevant client systems: MS Ofice, SAP, Ariba eSourcing, Agora, Sequana, Service Now in line with activity specifics.
• Act as first point of contact (POC) for agents and categories for process activities and categories in scope, also as an advisor for complex cases.
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex sourcing, contracting, and process-related issues.
• Deliver different reports (regular and ad-hoc).
• Controls exceptions and identifies errors and deviations from policies at process level.
• Regularly informs superior of status of process, queues and specific performance parameters.
• Reports on backlog status with regular frequency and any escalations promptly.
• Offers support for the quality assurance process and analyzes quality issues reported.
• Lead coaching, and knowledge transfer activities for new joiners and existing team members.
• Manage exceptional/specific transactions/task (request allocation to the team members, for request coming via dedicated GMB; recurrent category meeting hosting & MOM preparation and distribution; following up of action points; specific category procedures/guideline/docs maintenance/update)
• Participation in process calls with stakeholders and TL, WS Lead and documenting/sharing of key points/takeout/MOM (when required)
• Back-up for team lead activities (for category in scope)
• Driving/supporting standardization/harmonization.
• Process improvement initiation

What will you bring?
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders across different organizational levels
Solid understanding of, RFx, and Contract Management processes, with the ability to provide guidance and support to team members on process-related topics.
Experience acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or process focal point, supporting team members in resolving complex operational issues and escalations.
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills, including reporting, performance tracking, and root-cause analysis.
Experience driving process standardization, documentation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;
Procurement experience of 4-6 years, including exposure to RFx management, contract administration, supplier engagement, and stakeholder management.
Ability to collaborate effectively with Team Leads, Workstream Leads, and client stakeholders to support business objectives and continuous process improvement.
