As part of this project, your role as RTR will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs.

     Responsibilities

• Post supplier / customer invoices, travel and expenses claims, banks and GL posting
• Prepare data for VAT, WHT, Intrastat and other local filing
• Manage period-end close activities and prepare financial reports
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve aging items
• Perform reconciliations between ERPs (M3 and Saga)
• Support smooth internal and external audit
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective service deliver
• Maintain, improve, and document SOPs
• Contribute to staff training and process improvements
• Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness in line with SLAs and KPI

Requirements:

• Foreign languages skills
• Advanced English language skills (written, reading and spoken)
• Intermediate - advance French, German, Italian, Spanish or Portuguese language skills (written, reading and spoken) would be a plus
• Degree or experience in Accounting / Economics
• Previous ERP experience (M3, Saga) is a plus
• Good Excel and MS Office skills
• Detail-oriented, performance-driven, and proactive
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Team player, able to handle escalations
