Title: Sr. Buyer(Direct Services) with French, Timisoara
Job Description

As part of this project and a new team, your role as a Buyer will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:
• RFX and Contract management support;
• Non-Disclosure Agreement execution;
• Proof agreement for electronic signature (completion and signature management);
• Extension of term through an extension letter;
• Extension of term through amendment (with/without commercial updates);
• Support to enhancing contract frameworks;
• Drafting contracts;
• Supplier contract negotiation based on the playbook and instructions from purchasing category;
• Supplier contract due diligence (if needed);
• Contract approvals and signatory;
• Contract archival in the system.

What will you bring?
• Good English and French language skills, written and conversational;
• Expert level Orientation in Procurement processes;
• Sourcing to Contract skills;
• Negotiations skills;
• Experience of working on SAP or Oracle or Ariba or COUPA;
• 4-6 years’ experience Procurement operations;
• Direct Procurement exposure, services.
