As part of this project and a new team, your role as a SQM TL will be to build and co-manage a strong relationship with our client organization and perform based on defined SLA and KPIs, within energy and utility client industry.

Responsibilities:

· Support to Supplier;

· Onboarding suppliers, supplier follow up;

· Questionnaire analysis;

· Questionnaire award;

· Support to Category/ users,

· Anti-bribery compliance watch;

· Assist suppliers during their onboarding process in ARIBA platform;

· Team coordination on related tasks.

What will you bring?

· Good French and English language skills, written and conversational;

· Basic Orientation in S2P operations, PR/ PO processes;

· Typing / MS Office/ Key-boarding skills;

· Experience of working on SAP, or Oracle, or ARIBA, or COUPA;

· Experience in team management 4-6 years;

· SQM/similar experience 4-6 years.

Nice to have & Trainable Skills:

Exposure to procurement operations would be a plus;

Neutral Voice and Accent and call management.
