Role Purpose

Your role as a Recruitment/ Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to manage and execute end to end activities for entry & mid-level hiring and Employer Branding initiatives for Talent Acquisition.

What you'll be doing:
• Understanding the profiles for existing openings within current processes and the new ones;
• Preparing the recruitment ads and the newsletters for the existing open roles and post them on recruitment websites, professional networks, own career email address;
• Sourcing profiles from relevant channels of recruitment subscribed by organization;
• Screening applications and selecting candidates;
• Conducting the first screening of candidates;
• Participating in recruiting events and sourcing activities;
• Ensuring all paperwork is received and completed according to policy;
• Coordinating referral process of applicants;
• Managing recruiting database(s) and tools;
• Conducting and distributing reports on a regular basis and special reports on request, identifying issues and recommending actions;
• Providing external marketplace information to TA & HR Leadership;
• Cooperating with and providing status to other functions regarding candidates;
• Ensuring to hire quality candidates within defined timelines;
• Ensuring to hire candidates through low cost per hire initiatives – improvising and coming up with creative ideas for recruitment;
• Developing the employment salary offer for the selected candidates and send the official offer letters to candidates;
• Maintaining the candidate’s database with up-to-date information;
• Work on internal tools for tracking the indents of recruitment process/as involved;
• Co-ordinate with internal HRSS team to manage the initiation of background verification process of shortlisted candidates and schedule their pre-employment medical check-up – in a nutshell planning and organizing the pre-joining formalities for shortlisted candidates.

Requirements:
• University Degree;
• Min 2+ years of relevant work experience in the recruitment field;
• Proficiency in English (other fluent language will be considered an advantage);
• Experience with high volume recruitment projects (preferred);
• Experience with varied recruitment projects being run in parallel for diverse languages and domain skillset (Procurement, Customer service, Finance and Accounts, Quality assurance, Technical helpdesk etc.) will be preferred;
• Analytical skills and data analysis experience;
•Preferred understanding of: the company’s business objectives and organizational structure, recruiting/sourcing processes and procedures, requested recruiting profiles, external marketplace/trends, recruiting tools, recruiting resources;
• Proven ability to work independently and as a team member;
• Ability to be flexible and work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
• Good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills;
• Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills;
• Assertive and open to feedback;
• Attention to details - ability to process data in a timely and accurate manner;
