6–10+ years overall IT Infrastructure experience
Onsite coordination experience preferred (Japan)


Role Summary
The role is responsible for end-to-end support and onsite coordination of Windows Server infrastructure, Azure Cloud environments, and Datacenter operations for Japan OT/DCS accounts.
This position acts as the primary onsite point of contact between customer stakeholders (Japanese and global teams) and offshore delivery teams, ensuring operational stability, compliance, and transformation readiness.

Key Responsibilities
Windows & Datacenter Operations
Provide L2/L3 support for Windows Servers (2012/2016/2019/2022) across Production and Non‑Production environments
Perform server build, rebuild, decommission, and migration activities (Physical & Virtual)
Support VMware environments (ESXi, vCenter, DRS, HA)
Manage Active Directory operations:
Handle incident, problem, and change management as per ITIL and CAB/E‑CAB processes
Coordinate patching, reboot windows, vulnerability remediation, and EOL upgrades
Support backup & recovery operations (enterprise backup tools)
