Position Title: Identity & Access Management Analyst
Domain: User Access Management; Lotus Notes & SAP Systems
Role Summary:
Manages user accounts and access rights for Lotus Notes and SAP systems, ensuring proper provisioning of accounts and periodic access reviews for compliance.

Primary Skill: User Administration (UAM)

Secondary Skill: Lotus Notes Administration

Tertiary Skill: SAP User Administration

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and fulfill user registration requests for Lotus Notes and SAP systems.
  • Conduct periodic user access reviews and revoke or adjust privileges as needed.
  • Maintain accurate access logs and documentation.
  • Coordinate with business units to ensure timely access provisioning and de-provisioning.
  • Support audit and compliance activities related to access controls.

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • Experience with Lotus Notes/Domino user administration.
  • Understanding of identity and access management processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive data securely.
  • Familiarity with SAP user provisioning workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in both Japanese cultural contexts and global environments.

 

Typical Experience: 10+ years in IT user administration or IAM roles
Language Requirements: Fluent in Japanese and English (written and spoken)

 
Mandatory Skills: Lotus Notes Mail Admin .
