Role Summary:
Looking for an experienced Teamcenter L3 Support Engineer with Japanese–English bilingual skills to support enterprise PLM applications in an onsite AMS (Application Management Services) role. The candidate will own complex incidents, work closely with Japanese stakeholders, and provide advanced technical and functional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle L3 production support for Teamcenter
- Resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes
- Coordinate with customer IT/business teams and Siemens GTAC
- Support Teamcenter modules (BOM, Change, Document, Classification, Integrations)
- Participate in onsite status calls, SLA reviews, and escalations
- Guide L2 teams and contribute to knowledge base and SOPs
Mandatory Requirements: Only candidates currently residing and working in Japan (FEFTA resident) are eligible.
Required Skills:
- Strong hands‑on experience with Teamcenter PLM (L3 / AMS / Production Support)
- Good understanding of Teamcenter architecture, workflows, data model, and integrations
- Exposure to BMIDE / ITK / SOA / AWC preferred
- Japanese (Business level – N2 or above) and English (Fluent)
Preferred:
- Prior onsite Japan project experience
- Experience in ITIL‑based AMS environments
