  • Analyze end-to-end trade lifecycle processes including order capture, execution, allocation, confirmation, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Work with stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, reduce manual intervention, and identify process gaps in trading workflows.
  • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications for integration, API interactions, and downstream system impacts.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to define API requirements, request/response structures, field validations, and interface behavior.
  • Perform data mapping across upstream and downstream systems to ensure accurate data flow, transformation, and reconciliation.
  • Support initiatives involving web broker platforms and digital trading channels, ensuring business and technical requirements are captured effectively.
  • Coordinate with QA teams to define test scenarios, validate requirements coverage, and support UAT execution.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, workshops, and walkthroughs to align business expectations with delivery outcomes.
  • Support issue analysis, root cause identification, and resolution for production or implementation-related defects.
  • Ensure all requirements and solutions align with regulatory, compliance, and operational controls relevant to wealth management and trading environments.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services, with strong exposure to wealth management and trading environments.
  • Hands-on understanding of wealth management products, trading workflows, and client/account management processes.
  • Strong knowledge of trade lifecycle processes including trade capture, allocation, settlement, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Experience working with account management processes and related operational workflows.
  • Technical understanding of APIs, system integrations, and interface design concepts.
  • Experience analyzing API specifications and mapping business requirements to technical interfaces.
  • Strong experience in data mapping, source-to-target mapping, and identifying data transformation rules.
  • Knowledge of web broker platforms, digital brokerage workflows, or online trading systems.
  • Ability to create process maps, BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience supporting testing activities including SIT and UAT.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
