Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

 

  • Strong understanding of SAP IS-U modules: Device Management, Billing, Invoicing, FICA, Customer Service.
  • Experience in end-to-end utility processes: meter reading, billing, invoicing, collections.
  • Ability to perform functional configuration and customization.
  • Knowledge of business process mapping and gap analysis

 

Primary Skillset:

 

  • Basic to intermediate ABAP debugging and collaboration with technical teams.
  • Experience with data migration tools and interface development (e.g., IDocs, BAPIs).
  • Familiarity with SAP testing tools and test case creation.
  • Understanding of integration with CRM, BW, and external systems
