Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Integration Engineer with strong expertise in AWS serverless services, Python development, and Apache NiFi. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain scalable integration solutions across cloud and enterprise platforms. Experience with DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain integration workflows and APIs across cloud and on‑prem systems
  • Build and deploy serverless applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, EventBridge, and DynamoDB
  • Develop automation and integration logic using Python with clean, reusable, and efficient code
  • Implement and support Axway file transfer batch (MFT) jobs
  • Create and manage data pipelines using Apache NiFi, ensuring reliability and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions
  • Troubleshoot and optimize integrations for performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
  • Follow best practices for version control, CI/CD, and deployment automation
  • Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive fixes

Primary Skills (Must Have)

AWS – Serverless Services

  • AWS Lambda, API Gateway, ECS, S3, KMS, ACM, Secrets Manager
  • EventBridge, SQS, SNS
  • DynamoDB, CloudWatch
  • Serverless architecture patterns

Python Programming

  • Hands-on experience in Python scripting and application development
  • Expertise in REST APIs, JSON, XML handling, and data transformation

Secondary Skills (Good to Have)

Apache NiFi

  • Building data flows, processors, and controllers
  • Troubleshooting flow issues and performance tuning

DevOps & CI/CD

  • Experience with Jenkins pipelines and deployment automation
  • Version control using Git (GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket)
  • Exposure to monitoring and logging tools

Terraform

  • Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Experience writing and maintaining Terraform modules for AWS provisioning
Mandatory Skills: API Microservice Integration .

 

Experience: 8-10 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 150000 .
