Job Description
This Oracle Cloud Core HR Techno-Functional Support position requires 8+ years of experience to provide production support, maintenance, and enhancements. Key responsibilities include managing HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, OTBI/BIP reporting, and resolving configuration issues within Core HR. The role involves analyzing business needs, supporting quarterly upgrades, and ensuring data integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Production Support & Maintenance: Provide 24/7 or rotational support to resolve tickets related to Core HR (person management, workforce structures).
- Technical Development: Design and develop technical components using HDL, HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, BI Publisher, and OTBI reports.
- Configuration & Enhancements: Perform functional setups and Core HR configurations in Oracle HCM Cloud to support business process improvements.
- Release Management: Analyze, test, and implement new features introduced in quarterly Oracle HCM Cloud patch updates.
- Integration Support: Monitor and maintain integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems.
- Data Integrity & Security: Manage security roles, user permissions, and perform data audits to ensure data accuracy.
Required Technical and Functional Skills
- Core HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Person Management, Position Management, Employment Model, and Workforce Structures.
- Technical Tools: Proficiency in HDL (HCM Data Loader), HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Publisher (BIP).
- Reporting: Strong skills in creating OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports.
- Support Experience: Experience with troubleshooting, issue resolution, and root cause analysis.
- Preferred: Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SQL/PLSQL.
Experience: 8-10 Years .
The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 100000 to CAD 150000 .
