Job Description

 

  • Strong hands-on experience of 5-8 years with Salesforce Data Cloud and core Salesforce platform and Designing experience
  • Architect and design robust and scalable Salesforce Data Cloud solutions based on client requirements and industry best practices.
  • Define and implement data modelling, schema design, and data governance strategies within the Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Ensure high data quality and security standards are maintained throughout the architecture.
  • Lead the setup, configuration, and customization of Salesforce Data Cloud to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain custom features, components, and integrations to enhance the functionality of Salesforce Data Cloud.
  • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for Salesforce Data Cloud deployments, addressing technical issues, and optimizing performance.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to define integration requirements and develop a comprehensive integration strategy.
  • Implement seamless integrations between Salesforce Data Cloud and third-party systems, such as marketing automation, analytics, and Salesforce CRM
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of Salesforce developers and administrators.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, Salesforce updates, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and efficiency within the Salesforce Data Cloud ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Application Architect, Salesforce Certified System Architect, or Salesforce Certified Data Architecture and Management Designer are highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database design.
  • This is a Hybrid role and require 3-4 days/week working from Toronto Office
