Job Description
Work with Business and technology partners to Define, document and translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, considering non-functional requirements.
· Research and analyze current state system capabilities and define technology solutions options and recommendations.
· Document in the form of epics, stories, wireframes, business rules, and acceptance criteria. Ensuring stories are "ready" for upcoming sprints.
· Preferably to have experience in managing requirements in Salesforce marketing cloud or Loyalty management
· Must have basic Salesforce Certifications: Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator and or Salesforce Platform App Builder
· Should have knowledge on third-party Salesforce integrations (eg. They should be able to validate & provide the request/response information to development team)
· Worked on at least 2 Middleware integrations by testing the API's for success or failure message back to Salesforce through asynchronous testing.
· Configure Salesforce features, including workflows, validation rules, permissions, automations
· Knowledge on using Lightning components/Classic and Visualforce
· Assist testing teams in translating requirements and use cases into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, user acceptance, and operational acceptance testing.
· Contribute to project management activities such as: scoping and estimating project efforts, identifying risks and recommending mitigation measures, communicating activity status, as well as escalating and communicating possible issues.
· Participate in quality management reviews, including designs, prototypes and other requirements work products.
· Work closely with stakeholders to determine solutions, assess impact to existing work processes and systems, and pinpoint how to manage integration.
· Provide operational and process-related analysis and support.
· Respect existing processes and standards including requirements management and project management disciplines, technology delivery and business technology architecture, escalating issues as needed.
· Gain knowledge in own area, stay abreast of technology trends and developments, develop expertise in services, applications, infrastructure, analytical tools and techniques, business domains and their products and services.
· Support a positive work environment that promotes services to the business, quality, innovation and teamwork and ensure timely communication of issues/points of interest
· Identify and recommend opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency
· Illustrate the five key guiding principles: Adopt an enterprise-wide approach, ensure secure and stable operations, automate and modernize systems, focus on delivery outcomes and foster speed.
This is a Hybrid role and require 3-4 days/week working from Toronto Office
