Job Description

The ideal candidate will understand how Digital Technology transforms the experiences of customers, employees, and suppliers and fully appreciate the transformation journey necessary across the IT and business landscape. He or she will be passionate and driven to guide our clients through that journey and help them to accelerate and simplify through the products and services we create. They will be confident and comfortable with persuading our clients of the benefits of this approach, convert opportunities, and leading execution activities. They will balance technical content with commercial acumen, in order to shape and sell & deliver complex digital transformation programs.

 

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage a well-defined project management process and champion ongoing process improvement initiatives to implement best practices for Agile Project Management
  • Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value; organize and lead project status and working meetings; prepare and distribute progress reports; manage risks and issues; correct deviations from plans
  • Coordinate and motivate multi-disciplinary teams, with both the knowledge and experience to support and guide as needed

Requirements (Must have)

  • A strong consulting background with global organizations
  • You have managed digital transformation programs, leading a project team and interfacing directly with client stakeholders
  • Strong investigative, analytical and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery toolsets (e.g., Azure DevOps Server, JIRA, Rally, etc.)
  • Strong experience within software engineering specifically Cloud, DevOps & Data & Analytics
  • Agile thought leader and advocate, with at least 5 years’ experience in delivery management / scrum master role, across a range of agile methodologies; i.e. Scrum, XP, Kanban
  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
  • Strong communicator, highly articulate, and extensive experience of writing effective user stories with associated acceptance criteria 
  • Ability to translate and present complex data as actionable insights to colleagues and clients at all levels

Requirements (Nice to have)

  • Understanding of traditional Waterfall approach and transition to Agile ways of working
  • Active involvement in Agile communities
