Job Description

10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets, Treasury, and Financial Services environments. 

Extensive expertise in Liquidity Risk Management (LRM) and regulatory reporting initiatives.

Lead end-to-end business analysis activities, including requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation.

Drive liquidity reporting projects involving LCR, NCCF, NSFR, H4, and stress testing frameworks.

Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Perform data mapping, data modelling, and source-to-target analysis for enterprise data platforms.

Support regulatory reporting and compliance initiatives across treasury and capital markets functions.

Lead System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing activities.

Design and enhance data feeds, reporting solutions, and financial data frameworks.

Utilize SQL, Oracle, SQL Server, Dremio, and Hue for data analysis, reconciliation, and investigation.

Analyze and resolve production issues while ensuring timely delivery of business solutions.

Work closely with trading desks, treasury teams, risk management, and regulatory stakeholders.

Support Fixed Income trading products and front-to-back-office system integration initiatives.

Apply AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency in analysis, documentation, and reporting processes.

Deliver scalable, compliant, and business-focused solutions while maintaining high standards of quality and governance. 

Mandatory Skills: Solution Architecture .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 80/hr to CAD 100/hr .
