Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to design, build, and support secure, scalable, cloud-native applications across the full stack. This role combines hands-on software engineering with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, security, and engineering enablement.

This is a pro-code engineering role focused on TypeScript, React, Python/.NET/Node.js, Terraform/Bicep, GitHub Actions, and Microsoft Azure. While you will be part of the Power Platform Center of Excellence, prior Power Platform experience is not required. We are looking for a strong cloud engineer who is curious and willing to learn the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain modern web applications, APIs, and backend services.
Build secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions using modern engineering practices.
Develop and manage Azure infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform/Bicep).
Enhance CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Apply cloud security best practices, including identity management, secrets management, and secure delivery pipelines.
Participate in code reviews, documentation, observability initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.
Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor developers through knowledge sharing and technical guidance.
Learn and contribute to Power Platform engineering and governance practices.

Required Qualifications
8+ years of professional experience in Full Stack Software Development.
Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services.
Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or Bicep.
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
Strong understanding of secure software development and cloud security principles.
Experience defining engineering standards, reusable frameworks, or developer enablement practices.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools in daily engineering work.
Interest and willingness to learn Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Frontend - React, Next.js, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
Backend - Python, Node.js, .NET, or Java
Cloud & DevOps - Microsoft Azure, Terraform, Bicep, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps
Security - Microsoft Entra ID, RBAC, Azure Key Vault
Secure SDLC and vulnerability management

PowerShell scripting and administrative automation

Power Platform administration and governance

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 57000 to CAD 90000 .
