Job Description

Lead enterprise‑scale data and solution architecture to design and deliver scalable, secure, and high‑performance data platforms.
Partner with business stakeholders to translate complex business needs into end‑to‑end data and technology solutions.
Drive data architecture, solution design, roadmap planning, feature mapping, and program increment planning.
Manage delivery of high‑visibility data products and AI/ML models delivering measurable, multi‑million‑dollar business outcomes.
Define and implement best practices for data governance, cataloguing, quality, profiling, and metadata management.
Architect and optimise data warehousing, data lake, and lakehouse solutions across cloud platforms.
Lead data ingestion, integration, transformation, and modelling initiatives using modern ETL and cloud technologies.
Collaborate with data science teams to operationalise machine learning models at enterprise scale.
Apply Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) to ensure predictable, high‑quality delivery aligned with business goals.
Develop and track KPIs, metrics, and success measures to monitor product and platform performance.
Engage cross‑functional teams including engineering, UI/UX, DevOps, analytics, and business users.
Support digital transformation and cloud adoption initiatives across diverse industry domains.
Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to delivery and analytics teams.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership through clear presentations, documentation, and status reporting.
Work independently while managing multiple stakeholders, priorities, risks, and dependencies.
Mandatory Skills: Azure Data Engineering .

 

Experience: 3-5 Years .

 

The expected compensation for this role ranges from CAD 57000 to CAD 90000 .
