QA Professional Job Summary:

  • Over 7 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance across Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Expertise in manual and automation testing including functional, regression, UAT, API, integration, and performance testing.
  • Skilled in tools and technologies such as Salesforce (Classic, Lightning, CPQ), Oracle Netsuite, ERP, TestRail, Postman, Jira, Confluence, Selenium, Provar, and Playwright.
  • Strong knowledge of payment validation systems including Braintree, Stripe, and PCI DSS compliance.
  • Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL, Python, and Unix for data validation and backend testing.
  • Experience in designing test strategies, writing detailed test plans, and executing test cases across SDLC/STLC.
  • Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, validating data integrity and security protocols.
  • Collaborated in Agile ceremonies and cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Provided technical mentorship and led defect triaging, reporting, and stakeholder communication
