Role: Trainer – Mapping / GIS
Experience: 2+ Years (Taining mapping)
Education: Graduate – Bachelor’s Degree in any stream
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Trainer – Mapping/GIS to manage end-to-end training activities for mapping and geospatial operations. The role involves delivering process and tool training, managing training batches, assessing trainee performance, maintaining training documentation, and ensuring associates are production-ready.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct classroom and virtual training for Mapping/GIS and annotation processes.
  • Train associates on mapping concepts, process guidelines, tools, quality standards, and workflows.
  • Manage the complete training batch lifecycle, from induction through assessments and certification/readiness.
  • Conduct knowledge checks, assessments, refresher sessions, and coaching based on performance gaps.
  • Track training metrics such as attendance, assessment scores, learning progress, and batch performance.
  • Maintain training documentation, training calendars, reports, assessment records, and learning materials.
  • Identify knowledge and skill gaps and conduct targeted refresher training.
  • Work closely with Operations and Quality teams to understand process updates and training requirements.
  • Support new-process launches, high-volume ramps, and cross-training requirements.
  • Manage training delivery across multiple shifts/time zones when required.
  • Ensure training content is updated in line with process or workflow changes.
Required Skills
  • Strong facilitation, communication, presentation, and classroom-management skills.
  • Good understanding of Mapping/GIS, geospatial data, map annotation, or similar technical processes.
  • Good knowledge of training metrics, documentation, assessments, and batch lifecycle management.
  • Ability to manage multiple training batches and high-volume hiring ramps.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and LMS platforms

 

Mandatory Skills: Geographic Information Systems(Maps) .

 

Experience: 1-3 Years .
