Overview
We are looking for an experienced UX Designer to support a large‑scale digital transformation program for a global healthcare leader. The role focuses on UX strategy, research, service design, and customer experience, with limited UI responsibilities.
The selected candidate will work closely with product managers, technologists, and other non‑UX stakeholders, many of whom are new to UX ways of working and will actively drive UX streams that require strong collaboration and facilitation skills.
͏Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive UX design activities across multiple initiatives, ensuring alignment with product and business objectives
- Define and contribute to UX and design strategy, including strategic and service design initiatives
- Lead UX research activities (user research planning, insights generation, validation of design solutions)
- Facilitate design workshops, co‑creation sessions, and cross‑functional alignment with product and technology teams
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to embed UX into the delivery lifecycle
- Support Customer Experience (CX) initiatives, ensuring end‑to‑end user journeys are consistent and user‑centric
- Contribute to communication design, clearly articulating UX concepts to non‑design audiences
- Deliver UX and limited UI design outputs, ensuring usability, accessibility, and consistency
- Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities related to UX delivery

Required Skills & Experience͏
- Strong experience in UX design within complex digital or enterprise environments
- Proven background in UX research methods, service design, and customer journey mapping
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams (Product, Engineering, Business)
- Ability to influence and educate non‑design stakeholders on UX best practices
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
- Experience working in agile / product‑led environments
- Comfortable owning end‑to‑end UX workstreams
Nice to Have
- Experience in regulated industries (healthcare, life sciences, pharma)
- Exposure to CX transformation programs
- International / global delivery experience
