Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced engineer with strong expertise in SRAM/RF/ROM memories design, characterization, validation, and collateral generation for advanced technology nodes.

Key Responsibilities

· Perform SPICE simulations, FSDB debug, timing and power characterization.

· Execute Vmin analysis, aging simulation, ERC, ESPCV, Nanotime STA, and validation.

· Demonstrate a solid understanding of memory characterization and PVT scaling.

· Analyse trends, compare Liberty files, and perform timing validation.

· Run timing, power, and noise characterization and interpret trend analysis.

· Conduct tight stimuli simulations and ensure QA checks on collaterals.

Tools & Automation

· Proficiency in HSPICE, Spectre, liberate, SiliconSmart, Nanotime, and ESP-CV, Virtuso, solido , PrimeSIm.

· Basic scripting skills in Shell, Python, TCL, or Perl for automation and data analysis.

Required Skills

· Minimum 4 years of experience in memory design, characterization and validation.

· Strong knowledge of timing, power, noise characterization, and PVT scaling.

· Familiarity with EDA tools for characterization and debug.

· Understanding of compiler architecture and integration flows.

Preferred Skills

· Experience with memories design, characterization , trend analysis and validation, Liberty file comparisons, and QA cleanup.

· Knowledge of release processes and collateral validation.

· Strong proficiency in memory margining techniques.

· familiarity with industry-standard EDA tools like Virtuso, Hspice, Solido, ESPCV, StarRC, PrimeSim, NanoTime

· Expertise in memory architecture, PPA optimization.
