Job Description

• Work location: Warsaw – Client Office
• Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
• Working hours: 8AM - 4pm CET

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and implement automation solutions across the full infrastructure lifecycle, including provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and decommissioning
• Develop advanced automation scripts using Ansible, Python, Bash/Shell, and PowerShell
• Design target‑state architectures for migrating traditional and stateful applications to container platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes)
• Define and enforce best practices, standards, and reference architectures for deploying, securing, and managing stateful workloads
• Implement and manage Kerberos‑based authentication for Ansible automation on Windows systems, ensuring secure and compliant access
• Create Ansible playbooks, roles, and custom modules/plugins integrated with CI/CD pipelines
• Automate Windows Server maintenance and application management using Ansible, Python, and PowerShell
• Ensure infrastructure solutions follow software engineering principles and quality standards
• Collaborate with enterprise infrastructure and application teams to design and co‑develop automation workflows
• Mentor and coach junior engineers on architecture, governance, and automation best practices

Key Requirements (Mandatory)

• 5-8 years of relevant experience 
• Strong hands‑on experience with automation tools, especially Ansible
• Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
• Experience with Go (Golang) or willingness to work with Go‑based automation
• Proven experience designing enterprise‑scale automation architectures
• Experience working with container platforms (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Fluent English communication skills

Nice to Have / Desired Skills

• Advanced experience with Ansible and Python beyond scripting (architecture, standards, governance)
• Strong understanding of Windows automation and security models
• Experience with CI/CD integration for automation pipelines
• Background in banking or regulated environments
