Location and Work Mode: Warsaw, Poland, Full time office from Monday till Friday

Working Hours: 8AM to 4PM CET

Working area & responsibilities:

  • Provide smart hands support for customer facing ”Experience Centers” 'Core' Network and Compute Infrastructure.

  • Manage On-Prem lab (Server room) rack and stack activities, logical provisioning, and decommissioning of hardware.

  • Support incident & problem management for WAN, LAN, WLAN, and Core Compute.

  • Oversee network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Ensure operational health of EC server room infrastructure during business hours.

  • Manage deployment and support of onsite experiences & demos.

  • Conduct daily checks and walkthroughs of demo environments.

  • Provide technical support for presenters, account managers, customers, and EC staff.

  • Support centralized solution delivery projects and automation.

  • Create and manage Azure environments for Hybrid Cloud engagements.

  • Coordinate technical guidance and device configuration for events.

  • Provide on-site technical support and device inventory management during events.

  • Manage warranties, RMA processes, and equipment repairs.

  • Make recommendations for technology improvements and equipment purchases.

  • Maintain relationships with local OEM Partner for hardware repairs/warranty replacements, IT teams /AV suppliers and integrators.

  • Operate and maintain AV equipment in meeting rooms and theatres.

  • Provide immediate break-fix attention and support for EC meeting rooms and AV systems.

  • Assist in meeting room setup, support, and refresh projects.

  • Provide consultation and maintain AV room inventory hygiene.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of relevant experience

  • Strong knowledge of network infrastructure (WAN, LAN, WLAN) and Core Compute systems.

  • Hands-on experience with rack and stack activities, hardware provisioning, and decommissioning in on-premises environments.

  • Proficiency in network configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Familiarity with Azure administration, including managing subscriptions and sub-resources.

  • Understanding of Hybrid Cloud environments and ability to create/manage Azure setups for engagements.

  • Experience with AV systems operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting in meeting rooms and theatres.

  • Ability to ensure operational health of server room infrastructure during business hours.

  • Competence in incident and problem management for network and compute systems.

  • Skilled in inventory management, including tracking demo assets and AV equipment.

  • Knowledge of warranty processes, RMA handling, and equipment repairs.

  • Capability to coordinate preventative maintenance and manage downtime scheduling.

  • Provide technical support for presenters, account managers, customers, and EC staff during demos and events.

  • Manage on-site experiences, including setup and configuration of devices for events.

  • Ability to deliver immediate break-fix support for AV systems and meeting rooms.

  • Coordinate with OEM partners, IT teams, AV suppliers, and integrators for repairs and upgrades.

  • Strong focus on operational process improvement and technology optimization.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities under time-sensitive conditions.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail in technical and operational tasks.
