Job Description

Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

R͏ole and Responsibility

  • Implement code in accordance with defined quality and coding standards, agreed design, and architecture
  • Deliver assigned tasks within specified timelines to the expected quality
  • Carry out any other tasks associated with the role as reasonably requested
  • Respond to business queries and service requests
  • Develop and implement business requirements adhering to agreed architecture and designs
  • Commit unit-tested code to the code repository
  • Deliver assigned tasks within specified timelines to the expected quality
  • Adhere to coding standards and design principles as outlined by senior technical stakeholders
  • Support various stages of the development lifecycle
  • Mentor junior team members and assist with the resolution of technical issues

Requirements:

  • Over 7 years of experience in the IT industry
  • Understand and adhere to the company IT methodology, proactively raising timely exceptions/risks/issues, and driving a culture of continuous improvement
  • Experience with JAVA 17, REST APIs, Spring, Spring Boot, Spring JPA, Spring Batch, Junit, Mockito
  • Experience with containerization platforms such as Kubernetes and Docker
  • Knowledge of messaging/integration tools like Kafka
  • Preferred cloud experience with AZURE
