Role Purpose

The purpose of this role is to design, test and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications which needs to be deployed at a client end and ensure its meet 100% quality assurance parameters

Job Title: SRE Kubernetes

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per week)

  1. Provide production support for large-scale enterprise applications, ensuring high availability and performance of critical systems.
  2. Monitor and manage production incidents using ITSM processes and tools like Splunk and Grafana to ensure timely resolution and minimal impact.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve application issues in Linux environments using SQL queries and logs analysis.
  4. Support containerized applications deployed via Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring smooth operations and scalability.
  5. Maintain and enhance Kafka-based messaging systems, ensuring reliable data streaming and integration across services.

  • Linux, SQL ,Dockers/Kubernetes, Kafka, Tools like Grafana, Splunk
  • Production Application Support, managing prod incidents on a large enterprise application, ITSM processes
  • Support in large scale applications
  • Java PROD Application Support Experience
  • ITIL Process knowledge
  • Handling Tickets
  • Good communication skills
