Scope of Work:
- Interpret and analyze technical requirements to maintain and improve the stability of production applications, particularly Java-based systems.
- Proactively identify issues and develop solutions to enhance system reliability and performance with limited supervision.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot software applications, operating systems, databases, and supporting infrastructure following industry best practices.
- Collaborate effectively with team members, developers, and stakeholders to address incidents and reduce downtime.
- Work hands-on with performance analysis tools to detect bottlenecks and apply corrective measures swiftly.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes, incident response protocols, and knowledge documentation.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely operational support and incident resolution.

Mandatory Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Production Application Support, demonstrating a strong commitment to operational excellence.
- Extensive background in supporting production environments, managing incidents, and applying IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks for enterprise-scale applications.
- Deep understanding of Java applications, including JVM internals, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in Unix/Linux operating systems and with SQL for database diagnostics and querying.
- Proven skills in identifying and resolving complex technical issues using debugging and problem-solving techniques.
- Experience working within large-scale server environments and managing associated operational challenges.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, enabling effective cross-team engagement and knowledge sharing.
- Willingness and flexibility to participate in rotational on-call support shifts and adapt to varying operational hours as required.
